This Shipping Policy explains how Champmine Hongkong Limited fulfills and delivers pre-orders from our crowdfunding campaigns to customers worldwide.
We currently ship to most countries across North America, Europe, and Asia. Specific eligible countries are confirmed at checkout when the campaign goes live.
All products are manufactured after the crowdfunding campaign ends and the production phase begins. Once your order is packed and handed to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery timelines are estimates based on production schedules and destination. Typical delivery windows after shipment are:
– North America: approximately 10–20 business days
– Europe: approximately 10–20 business days
– Asia Pacific: approximately 7–15 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and dimensions. Any applicable customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, unless otherwise stated.
A tracking number will be provided for every shipped order. You can track your package through the carrier's website using the number provided in your confirmation email.
Crowdfunding production timelines can shift due to manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics factors beyond our control. We post regular campaign updates and notify backers by email whenever significant schedule changes occur.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed customs clearance, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Re-shipping costs may apply.
