This Refund Policy applies to all pre-orders placed through Champmine Hongkong Limited's crowdfunding campaigns and website. Please read carefully before placing your order.
You may cancel your pre-order and request a full refund at any time before we begin mass production of the campaign. To cancel, please send an email to Bruce.wang@champmine.com with your order details. Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method.
Once mass production has commenced, cancellations and refunds are generally not available. However, if the campaign is fully canceled by Champmine Hongkong Limited, all backers will receive a full refund.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or issue a partial/full refund at our discretion. Return shipping costs for defective items will be covered by us.
Crowdfunding timelines are estimates and may change due to manufacturing or logistics delays. Shipping delays alone are not grounds for a refund unless the project is ultimately canceled.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. The time it takes to appear on your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
